The class meets once a week for six weeks.  Because it takes a full six-weeks to learn the Hypnobabies method, please plan accordingly.  

 

Also, it is important to note that this is a complete childbirth education class.  We cover it all, from late pregnancy, to nutrition, through birth and postpartum, including breastfeeding and baby care.  Because this is a complete childbirth class, you do not need, and cannot, take a class elsewhere.  The reason for this is that other childbirth classes teach “coping techniques” which are in direct conflict, and can “mess-up”, the Hypnobabies approach.

Insurance Reimbursement

 

Please check with your insurance provider regarding insurance reimbursement.  For example, Highmark offers a $65 reimbursement for most childbirth classes.  With classes, you pay the class fee and your insurance may reimburse you.  At the end of class, I will complete your insurance form and you may submit it.  Please note that I cannot guarantee that classes are reimbursable; this is up to you to figure out.
